Beth Hilson 
Beth Hillson is a food writer, author and blogger. She is the food editor for Gluten Free & More and writes and lectures frequently on the gluten-free diet and lifestyle as well as other special diet needs. 

Beth was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1976 and attended culinary school where she learned to adapt classic recipes to fit her own diet. In 1993 she founded one of the first gluten-free food companies, Gluten-Free Pantry. She is the author of Gluten-Free Makeovers (Da Capo, 2011) and a newly-released gluten-free lifestyle book, Living Well Gluten-Free. Her work has appeared in many publications including the Huffington Post, Gothamist, GoDairyFree.com, The Daily Meal, Yoga International, Yankee Magazine, FamilyFun, and Connecticut Magazine, Houston Chronicle, Hartford Courant. Her regular blogs about the gluten-free diet, lifestyle and recipes appear on Glutino.com and on her own blog www.glutenfreemakeovers.com

Melinda Dennis MS, RD, LDN
Melinda is a registered dietitian who specializes in counseling patients with celiac disease and is Nutrition Coordinator of the Celiac Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She was diagnosed with celiac disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis in 1992. Melinda is the founder, former chairperson and co-Newsletter Editor of the Healthy Villi Greater Boston Celiac/DH Support Group and now serves as their Nutrition Advisor.

Bill Duesing

Founder CT Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA) and their Organic Advocate. Bill is a pioneer in organic agriculture in New England and has been an environmental educator, farmer, writer, artist, and lecturer for over four decades. After graduating from Yale University (1964), Bill worked as a Cooperative Extension agent before turning to organic principles in the early 1970s. Emphasizing sustainability and greater local food sufficiency, he has been instrumental in developing organic standards for gardening and land care and he has served as both founding president and later executive director of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut and president of the NOFA Interstate Council. During the 1990s, Bill produced two radio shows, "Living on the Earth" (WSHU) and "The Politics of Food" (WPKN), and he is author of Living on the Earth: Eclectic Essays for a Sustainable and Joyful Future (1993).


Jenna Drew 
Jenna Drew has been active in Gluten Free and Celiac Disease Awareness since 2007, her most prominent event was the first annual Celiac Awareness Night with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

She officially was introduced to Celiac Disease in 2007 as her mother underwent a very slow and painful diagnosis. After having a gene panel test, Jenna was surprised to learn that she inherited the gene for both Celiac Disease and Lymphoma. She began following a strict gluten free diet in 2009 after her Celiac Disease diagnosis and symptoms of needing a gluten free diet became severe through rapid weight loss, unbearable migraines and more. 


Amy Fothergill 
Amy Fothergill was trained at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She never thought her culinary skills would be necessary to manage her family’s special diet but has found her cooking knowledge has come in handy. Currently she is a cooking instructor, consultant, blogger, and author of a gluten-free cookbook, The WarmKitchen. She lives in the San Francisco bay area with her husband and two children. 


Dana Fuggi Martin

Dana loved people and loved cooking, so she began the program that is now named Kitchen Angel which led to their cooking show ABC gluten-free.

After Dana's open heart surgery and her thyroid failing, she as diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. The doctor suggested that gluten-free might be a wonderful start. After three weeks of gluten-free eating her thyroid was working perfectly and Dana's blood work was wonderful.



On ABC gluten-free Dana cooks with her two children Jeremiah 12 and Sophia 7. They have a wonderful time cooking together.

Rustie MacDonald
As a single mother, Author, Celiac, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker & International Radio Talk Show Host. Rustie is a lover of life who continues to challenge herself by sharing her abilities with the International Community in efforts to help others “Live and Thrive” in the ever changing world we live in. Humor, Grace, and Compassion fills each show with a welcomed lightness.
